Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service subscription. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your own credit repair activities, subject to these Terms and your active subscription plan.

We offer Consumer plans for individuals repairing their own credit and Business plans for credit repair companies managing multiple clients. Each plan has defined limits on clients, team members, and usage. You agree to use the Service in accordance with the limits and features of your selected plan.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Review all AI-generated content before submitting it to any third party.
• Obtain proper authorization before processing another person's credit data.

Control File AI System is a software tool that helps you analyze credit reports and prepare dispute correspondence. We are not a credit repair organization, law firm, or financial advisor, and we do not provide legal or financial advice. You are solely responsible for the disputes you choose to submit and for compliance with applicable laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including the removal of any item from your credit report or any increase in your credit score. Results vary based on individual circumstances and factors outside our control. Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a promise of specific results.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, recommendations, and letter content. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies and is provided for your review only. It does not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for verifying and editing all content before use.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time. We do not provide partial-month refunds.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Process credit data of individuals without their authorization.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Five S Enterprises LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
