Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically each period until you cancel. Each charge grants you access to the features of your selected plan for that billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. You will continue to have access to paid features until that period ends.

We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. When you cancel, you will not be charged again, but the fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

If your plan includes a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial period concludes and your subscription converts to a paid plan, the standard billing and refund terms apply.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review your account and, if we confirm a billing error, issue a correction or refund for the affected amount.
